My primary duties are evaluate primary and supplemental staff, organize curricula, teaching methods, and programs to determine their effectiveness, efficiency, and utilization, and to ensure that school activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Counsel and provide guidance to students regarding personal, academic, vocational, or behavioral issues. Our goal is to motivate students, in order to provide the appropriate guidance and direction to achieve standards and monitoring performance. Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the court processes.

The ability to combine pieces of information to implement educational records., (Includes information for academic documentation, transcripts, etc.) knowledge of principles, processes for providing educational and personnel services for the evaluation of student’s records. My main duty is the comprising of the student file and records, communication, and alternative ways to inform via written, oral, and visual media in order to complement job performance. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint technology spreadsheet software — Microsoft Excel and photocopiers equipment to print documentation needed for any student record.

Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions as the assistant executive secretary for Revelation School of Florida. Convey any information effectively in order to maintain an order of the school schedule and resource planning. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, be aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do. Plan, direct, coordinate academic, administrative, and auxiliary activities of private elementary and secondary level school K-to 12 Grade. Enforce discipline and attendance rules. Confer with parents and staff to discuss educational activities, policies, and student behavioral or learning problems. Observe teaching methods and examine learning materials to evaluate and standardize curricula and teaching techniques, and to determine areas where improvement is needed. Collaborate with teachers to develop and maintain curriculum standards, develop mission statements, and set performance goals and objectives, particular programs across school districts, such as programs to evaluate and achieve our scholastic goals. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems in our school in order to maintain stability.

Plan and lead professional development activities for teachers, administrators, and support staff. Oversee administration and management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources in order to continue leading our School. To structure educational tools and Training, implement principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. Human Resource ability, personality, interests; in learning and motivation; this includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services in principles and procedures for personnel, recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations issues, and negotiations. Applied Personnel information systems, including applications and programming, in order to select and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation. Knowledge of school equipment’s, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.

Communicating with Persons Outside Organization —representing the organization to potential students, do public marketing; see any government agencies, and other external sources. Visit other schools in person to invite students to attend meetings in different schools to integrate resources and exchange ideas in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, the ability to understand information and ideas presented and help our school growth. To provide services to others and to use my strongest abilities, giving them a feeling of accomplishment at work assist my co-workers in a friendly non-competitive environment.

Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity for Revelation School of Florida in order to manage backup, security and user help systems. Develop and interpret organizational computer information resources, providing data security and control, strategic computing sites. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Manage our computer server; Web servers Workstations. Development of school web site, have extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
