Doctor Urbina earned his doctorate in philosophy (Ph.d.) in the analysis and resolution of conflicts, at Nova Southeastern University. Studied his post grade at Saint Thomas University, where he graduated with a master’s degree in business management with specialization in human resources management. His Bachelor’s degree in business management, earned it at University of Phoenix. Doctor Urbina is mediator certified by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida to Civil Court and family court, in addition to being a renowned professional and international speaker.
My primary duties are evaluate primary and supplemental staff, organize curricula, teaching methods, and programs to determine their effectiveness, efficiency, and utilization, and to ensure that school activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Counsel and provide guidance to students regarding personal, academic, vocational, or behavioral issues. Our goal is to motivate students, in order to provide the appropriate guidance and direction to achieve standards and monitoring performance. Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the court processes.
